Pre-sales consultations allow our clients to discuss their expectations regarding a potential project, without the need for a firm commitment, and to evaluate a proposal technically and commercially.
A consultation with our regional or country sales representatives enables APac Energy to acquire basic information outlining the technical framework of a project and providing an insight into the expected cost of renting such a system. As rental power projects have different requirements, careful attention to regulatory codes and statutory requirements are discussed during this phase.
A preliminary design is issued at the beginning of a project tender. This preliminary design is based either on a set of APac Energy templates that matches the requirement or has been designed to cater specifically for the type of power system needed by the client.
Detailed engineering documentation such as power system calculations and design drawings are issued to the project execution team, upon the advice of the sales team. These sets of documentation are used by the project installation and commissioning team to guide them in their activities. At the same time, they enable APac Energy to secure the necessary permits and authorisations from regulatory bodies or government agencies.
Time constraints have always been the defining challenge for a rental power project. With a limited timespan to cover design, engineering, installation, and commissioning of a system, APac Energy applies a reliable procurement strategy to offset the difficulties posed by a tight deadline.
Through partnerships with local and international logistics companies around the world, we are able to anticipate expected shipping and delivery times ahead of project commencement. Our partners for shipping and road transportation ensure that equipment is picked up in our yard as per our schedule, in order to have them delivered on site with a comfortable lead time ahead of installation and commissioning works.
Customised solutions include mobilisation of equipment, ancillaries, cables and consumables to the specific project site within the shortest lead time. Equipment and ancillaries are built into ISO containers for ease of mobilisation.
Our installation and commissioning setup is planned according to the geographical location and anticipated difficulties for the temporary power station. Our installation and commissioning specialists offer their technical expertise regarding installation standards, quality assurance, and general plant installation integrity.
APac Energy supplies qualified engineers and high voltage switching personnel for testing and commissioning the power station, to ensure a safe and timely handover to operation and maintenance. All test documentation is kept in a database and serves as a reference for the O&M team; procedures are reviewed periodically for safety and efficiency audits.
We provide a complete solution for your rental power need with 24/7 operators on site, fully integrated maintenance support and genuine Caterpillar parts. Our dedicated and self-motivated team ensures uninterrupted operation with 100% plant output at all times.
Our responsibilities include decommissioning and demobilisation of the entire temporary plant and shipping back to the base. Equipment and ancillaries are cleaned and packed prior to shipment.
